Christi's Breakfast Bake
Ingredients:
6 red potatoes cut in half and sliced about 1/4 in
1 can of Spam (I know but trust me)
4 Sausage Patties Chopped coarsely
10 Eggs
1/4 Cup sour cream
garlic salt
Pepper to Taste
Canola Oil
Tsp. Butter
1 Cup or so of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375, and spray a 9X9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, I like Pam.
Heat up large skillet with oil and butter, I like to use butter in my oil for extra flavor. Put Potatoes in to brown sprinkle them with your garlic salt takes about 15 minutes or so. Add chopped meats and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or so. While your waiting take a large bowl and wisk your eggs and sour cream together, I add just a touch of water to make them fluffy.
Use a slotted metal spoon and move the meat and potato mixture to the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over that hot mess and top the whole thing off with cheese. Bake in the 375 degree oven until bubbly and butter knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Enjoy! I serve this with Hot cinnamon rolls, My husband loves it!
